Two Noble Shortlisted for Best Hotel Restaurant - Regional

We’re proud to share that Two Noble has been named one of three finalists for Best Hotel Restaurant – Regional in the 2026 AHA (Vic) State Awards for Excellence.

With more than 50 hotel restaurants entering the award, to be shortlisted in the final three is a huge honour. We’re also thrilled that our sister venue, Sawyers Arms Tavern , has been named a finalist for Parma of the Year, making it a wonderful moment for the whole group.

I’m delighted for the team to be named a finalist for Best Regional Restaurant by the Australian Hotels Association. More than 50 hotels entered the award, and to come down to the last three is an amazing achievement!

Our front of house team, led by Adam Zelley, together with Head Chef Rita Trinh and the kitchen team, have done a wonderful job of creating a unique and elevated dining experience for our guests. Two Noble really is a special restaurant.
